ENSEMBLES
STRING ENSEMBLE
This is our non-auditioned orchestral ensemble. All orchestra students at MVHS are a member of this ensemble. These students do amazing work coming from all levels of skill, with students just starting out, to students who have been playing for years.
CHAMBER ORCHESTRA
This is our student-led small orchestral ensemble. These students are extremely dedicated and work hard to hone their skills as an instrumentalist as well as a leader within a music setting.
ROCK ORCHESTRA
This ensemble is a combination of Small Ensembles, Jazz I, and String Ensemble. Rock Symphony perform contemporary music at a dedicated concert with professional artists in our community. In this ensemble, students experience what it is like to play in a full symphony.
